Invoice Krlo (invoicekrlo.com) is an online invoicing service operated by OnlineKrlo, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean OnlineKrlo. If you have any question about your privacy, email us at info@invoicekrlo.com.

We only collect what we need to provide the service:

• Account details — your name, email address, username and an encrypted password.
• Business profile — business name, logo, address, phone, website, tax and payment details you choose to add to your invoices.
• Invoice & client data — the clients, invoices, items, amounts and notes you create.
• Template requests — the requirements, colours and reference files you send us.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the service working.

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To generate, store, send and share your invoices and PDFs.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To design custom templates you request.
• To send service emails — receipts, password resets, request updates and important notices.
• To keep Invoice Krlo secure, prevent abuse and improve features.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use your clients’ data for marketing.

When you send an invoice by WhatsApp, email or a copied link, Invoice Krlo stores a copy of the PDF behind a long, private link. Anyone who has that link can open that single invoice, so share it only with the intended recipient. We record when a shared invoice is opened so we can show you “viewed” notifications.

Subscriptions and paid requests are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Your card or PayPal details are entered directly with them and are handled under their own privacy policies. We receive only what we need to manage your plan — for example the plan purchased, amount, status and a payment reference.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. The app may also save small preferences in your browser (for example an unsaved invoice draft or a dismissed notice). We do not use advertising cookies.

We rely on trusted providers to run Invoice Krlo, such as our hosting company, email delivery service and payment processors. They may process data on our behalf only to provide their service to us and are required to protect it.

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, clients, invoices and stored PDFs, except where we must keep limited records (such as payment records) to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.

Passwords are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and shared invoice links use long random tokens that cannot be guessed. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you.

• Access & correction — view and edit your details in your Business Profile at any time.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and data by emailing info@invoicekrlo.com.
• Export — download your invoices as PDFs whenever you like.
• Emails — service emails are required to run your account; we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Invoice Krlo is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app.
