By creating an account or using Invoice Krlo (invoicekrlo.com) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Invoice Krlo is operated by OnlineKrlo, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account.
• Your username forms your personal link (for example invoicekrlo.com/yourname); it must not impersonate others or be offensive.

Invoice Krlo lets you create invoices, manage clients, download PDFs and send invoices by email, WhatsApp or link. We continuously improve the service and may add, change or remove features. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Invoice Krlo is free to use. Every feature (unlimited invoices, every template and watermark-free PDFs) is included for every account, and we never ask for a card. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and nothing you already use free will be taken away without notice.

You agree not to use Invoice Krlo to:

• Create fake, fraudulent or misleading invoices, or invoices for illegal goods or services.
• Send spam or harass others through shared invoices.
• Upload malicious files, attempt to break security, or overload the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You own the information, logos and invoices you create. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide Invoice Krlo to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for any taxes, laws or accounting rules that apply to your business.

The Invoice Krlo name, software, design and templates belong to OnlineKrlo. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own invoices while your account is active.

Invoice Krlo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, OnlineKrlo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or unpaid invoices between you and your clients. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Invoice Krlo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or harm others; where reasonable we will warn you first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will show the new “Last updated” date and notify you of important changes. Continuing to use Invoice Krlo after changes take effect means you accept them.
